What we collect
We collect only what's needed to make the product work: your email and account info, the records you choose to log (income, expenses, mileage, vehicles, documents), your tax profile if you provide it (filing status, dependents, encrypted SSN/EIN/bank info), and standard product analytics (no third-party trackers inside the app).
What we never do
- Sell your data.
- Share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- Use your tax records to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
- Read your documents for content beyond extracting fields you've asked us to extract.
Your rights
- Export everything you have — one click, anytime.
- Delete your account — one click; we retain for 90 days for accidental-deletion recovery, then permanently delete.
- See your full audit log inside the product.
- Request correction of any field we hold about you.
Subpoenas and legal requests
We notify you of any subpoena, warrant, or government request for your data unless legally prohibited. We produce only the minimum scope required.
