Is Human Support tax advice?
No. Human Support is help operating the product and triaging your situation toward a credentialed preparer. For actual tax advice (positions, opinions, representation) you need a CPA or EA — we can point you to one.
What about a free tier?
No free tier. Charging keeps incentives honest — we don't need to sell your data, run ads, or upsell endlessly. The price is the price.
